Shipping and returns
PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS WITH DELIVERY OUTSIDE EUROPE (as well as countries not listed on the site and all islands) will be processed at an additional cost of transport
SHIPPING COST :
The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight, the quantity, the volume and the destination, and vary enormously from one region to another and from the country and zone of destination (mountain area, islands, difficult access, congestion, weight etc ..).
In order to adapt the transport costs as accurately as possible, we will communicate your full contact details and the contents of your order to several carriers when you order, in order to obtain the best price or time.
SHIPPING:
By carrier, the parcel number is communicated to you during shipping. If you are absent, the carrier must leave you a transit advice note, so you can contact him for a re-delivery request or you can collect your goods at the depot of it in your region, to see with the carrier. Contact details and parcel number will be sent to you upon delivery.
CONDITIONING :
The packaging complies with international standards for road transporters. In the event of non-standard packaging, a price supplement, established when ordering, will be applied.
Note: the customer must ensure that they have sufficient space to receive the truck, and have a suitable unloading means for heavy-duty and construction machinery, as well as for 1, 2 and 4 column bridges and scissor bridges , except for mobile scissor cranes and vehicles with light vehicles & motorcycles which do not require anything more than the equipment integrated into the delivery truck (maximum capacity of the tailgate 500kg)
DELIVERY TIME :
For Europe, the products and services are delivered by carrier to the address indicated by the customer within 5 to 15 working days (Except Products mentioned with the deadlines in reservation, the date is then specified in the article sheet) . The sender reserves the right to use any other means of delivery within the time limits and costs provided. Delivery times may vary in the event of routing difficulties, stock shortages or holiday periods which will then be notified by email to the customer. Orders may be delivered partially from available stock, the remainder will be processed at most quickly depending on restocking Working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: the delivery times are given for information, any exceeding of this time or delay may result in a cancellation of the order from the customer.
RESERVATIONS:
CAUTION: YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CHECK THE GOOD CONDITION OF YOUR GOODS ON RECEIPT AND TO REFUSE THE PACKAGE IN CASE OF SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE.
The customer must ensure:
- Good condition of delivery.
- That the package is complete

- If possible take pictures
In the event of damage observed or suspected, it is the customer's responsibility to complete the CMR with all the details and full descriptions of the damage observed, or to refuse delivery and to inform OUR COMPANY thereof by registered letter with return receipt within a maximum period of 48 hours.
OUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT BY THE CARRIER
AVAILABILITY:
Our company will strive to meet customer demands and fulfill customer orders for products and services. However, our company will not be required to accept all orders placed on the site. Our company cannot be held liable towards the customer in the event of late delivery or temporary or permanent unavailability of products and services. The photos on the site are non-contractual, the models may present certain differences due to the evolution of the product by the manufacturer. For the choice of colors it is imperative to choose an additional color in which case our company will deliver the color in available stock without notifying the customer.
In summary: before confirming any order, ask for the availability of the item ordered
RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS: during 14 days from receipt of the package (CMR) by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt
You will be reimbursed for the sums paid, (only valid for vehicles and large items, for accessories, tires, mechanical parts, small equipment, etc.) Only a credit will be deductible on a future purchase) in return for the reshipment of the merchandise at your expense within thirty (30) days of receipt by speedy mountain, and on condition that the product is in its original condition and packaging, and in perfect and complete working order. Refund by bank transfer or re-credit of accounts and credit card, the refund can be made if non-delivery of the country, error on the order, cancellation of the order by the buyer if order not in conformity, in this case we will do a credit or return the correct product, shipping costs will be charged again.
We are committed to providing you with complete satisfaction with all of our products and services. In accordance with the legislation governing mail order sales in force for online sales, you have the option of returning any item to us within 30 days of the delivery date with full refund of the price of the item concerned ( delivery costs are not refunded). However, items that do not meet your expectations must be returned to us in new condition in their original packaging.
All returns must be requested in advance by email, a return authorization will then be assigned. All merchandise returns without return authorization will be automatically refused. The returned parts must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, a detailed list and a summary of the problem.
We will not accept returns of goods for the following reasons: damage during transport not indicated on the CMR to the carrier in writing, wrong color, deterioration of the product by the customer or the carrier, if anyway we accept the return of a damaged item we will deduct from the amount to be reimbursed or from the amount of repairs, and any support!
Important note: for any cancellation of the customer's order without real reasons supported by irrefutable evidence, we will apply a withdrawal fee of 50% of the order value!
CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE:
The responsibility of our company cannot be engaged in the case of force majeure such as strikes, fires, natural disasters, or others, this list not being exhaustive.
